The Legislative Council project was a year long conversion to Drupal. The whole site isn't Drupal., but Drupal drives the core look and feel of the public facing site. There are a number of aspects of the site using Drupal's theme as their template. As well as the 20,000 pages of Drupal content, there are both Java and .net applications using Drupal's basic layout and CSS. There are also upwards of 10,000 pages of static HTML using Drupal's CSS. Dynamic scripts create includes for these pages, allowing Drupal menus and CSS to be updated at any time, with the changes being pushed immediately to all related content.
